SHIPPING & RETURNS



Where does Mini + Moo ship?


We currently ship across Canada and offer local pick-up in the Greater Vancouver region.



Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?


Yes! we use Canada Post for all of our deliveries and have no problem shipping to P.O. Boxes.



When will I receive my order?


Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.
All items are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please see our Shipping & Handling for more information. 

Can I exchange an item I have purchased?


Due to the nature of our small business we cannot offer exchanges at this time.

What is your Return Policy?


We accept returns within 30 business days from the order date, with exceptions. Please see our Refunds & Returns for more information.

Why are there limited quantities and/or sizes in some of your products?


We apologize for the inconvenience this causes, we do our best to ensure as many people as possible can purchase our items but due to high demand certain products are in limited sizes and quantities.



Are all the products on your website organic?


All apparel items are either organic cotton, GOTS certified and/or OEKO-TEX certified. Please see our sustainable standards for more information.
