Refunds & Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items*. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging that you received it.
*Sale and clearance items, special order products, health and safety products are final sale.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
To start a return please contact us at email@example.com. A return shipping label will be sent to you as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your item, please refer to our returns policy for instruction.
We will pay for the return shipping by sending you a prepaid shipping label if the return is the result of a mistake such as defective or incorrect item.
If the item is being returned and is not the result of a mistake or defect, then the return shipping cost will be at your expense. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Exchanges are processed as a new order. Please initiate a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process your refund and you can complete a new order online for the replacement products.
Damages and Issues
We apologize for any product you receive that is damaged or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at email@example.com within 24h if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We kindly ask that you provide us with pictures of the damage or defect.
Due to our turnaround time, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation requests. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our returns policy.
